$47 recruiting database product backed by an 11-script Python pipeline scraping 1,263 NCAA and NAIA women's soccer programs — coach names, emails, roster sizes, academics. Paired with a 13-script outreach pipeline that scrapes high-school and club girls-soccer coach emails across ten target states (MaxPreps, ECNL, GA, US Club Soccer) and produces a CRM-ready CSV export with verified deliverable addresses. Includes Playwright scraping, SMTP verification, lead-magnet PDFs, and a full launch funnel.
Head coach of the varsity program. Built the program website in Next.js 15 + TypeScript + Tailwind — player and parent hub, schedule, camp registration, and accomplishments. Run the admin side (practice planning, form submissions, social-media graphic creation, roster management, parent comms) using Claude Cowork as my assistant.
Cut $2,844/yr per business by replacing a $157/mo overseas bookkeeper and $80/mo QuickBooks subscription with a single $20/mo Claude plan. Dropped 1099s, credit-card statements, and bank transactions into a folder, handed Cowork the prior year's P&L as a reference for expense categories, and let it build a monthly P&L for 2025. It asked sharp clarifying questions and returned ~95% accuracy — higher than my bookkeeper, who routinely miscategorized line items.
Financial-literacy program for high school seniors, college students, and young adults — budgeting, credit, debt avoidance, income planning, taxes, investing basics, career ROI, and using AI to raise earning potential. Built out the curriculum, workshop, and digital education product using several LLMs, then taught the pilot class in March 2026. Sidelined to focus on the Bridgework opportunity first.
Branded business concept I built out using GoHighLevel, ChatGPT, and Gemini — business plan, positioning, and logo assets. Never officially launched; currently sidelined as a potential business to revisit.
Own and operate two physical-products ecom businesses with a small team of three. Shopify and Amazon storefronts; SEO, on-page, internal linking, content, and technical phases handled in-house. Built a distinct brand voice for each line and a deep library of product copy, ad copy, email flows, SEO articles, and video scripts that the team now reuses across channels. Layered in digital products and course frameworks on top of the physical catalog, plus a weekly newsletter on Beehiiv built around the brand's audience. Trained and deployed GoHighLevel chatbots into the Shopify storefronts for support and recovery flows. Built creative prompt systems for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, InVideo, and Veo 3 — using Veo, nanobanana2, and other AI image/video tools to produce social and YouTube content at volume. Currently 1,000+ YouTube subscribers and 70K+ on Instagram, all from AI-generated creative.
Web app I built for my dad's 8-ball pool league — match tracking, ladder standings, league management, and a handicapping system that adjusts spots based on player rating. Built and hosted on Replit.

In 2017 I bought a physical-products online retailer and ramped revenue 40% YoY at 40–50% net margin — self-taught Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, paid social, sourcing, logistics, and copy. That’s where I learned how small businesses actually run.
